HOME IN THE HEART
OF TOWN

The Grandaire is situated on Voltairestraße, near to the legendary Alexanderplatz, which took its name more than 200 years ago from Russia’s Czar Alexander. Around the end of the nineteenth century it began to be seen as the pulsating heart of the cosmopolitan city of Berlin.

EVERYTHING ON YOUR
DOORSTEP

As well as Alexanderplatz and the historical residential areas with all the evidence they carry of Berlin’s rich past, the Grandaire is a near neighbour to the Brandenburg Gate, the Government District, the famous Unter den Linden boulevard and Friedrichstraße, one of Berlin’s main arteries. The Philharmonie, the Museum Island and the capital’s foremost central green space, Großer Tiergarten, are all easy to reach from the new residential ensemble on Voltairestraße.
